I'm posting this for a friend who has a little Francesca and is expecting another girl. She loves Cora but thinks it sounds silly with her surname of D a w e. She may have a point! Any other suggestions for her? Thank you.

A friend of mine has twins called Francesca & Natasha. She (with her DH) fixed on Francesca first and chose Natasha because they thought the names went nicely together Smile.

I have a Francesca and if Dc2 had been a girl I had felicity, angharad, Caoimhe, Delphine and saskia on the list.

FrillSeeker · 28/10/2014 19:10

Thank you! She loved Madeleine, Felicity and Delphine and is also now considering Natalie thanks to the Natasha suggestion. Some great ideas, keep them coming!

Also had Rosanna and Alicia on the list. But took Alicia off as, much though I loved it, I didn't want it pronounced "A-lee-sha"! "A- liss-ee-a" is gorgeous but I fear in NI I'd have been correcting it daily!

MoreCrackThanHarlem · 28/10/2014 19:26

I have a Francesca, middle name Estelle.
If I had another dd she would be Felicity Arielle.

Francesca and Felicity -great minds think alike morecrackthanharlem! Lovely names!! Chessie and Fliss! I got an Oliver instead of a Fliss though-and 17 years ago in NI those were all "very grand" names!! I think people reckoned I was getting a bit above my station!!!! Didn't stop me then, wouldn't stop me now!!! I know what I like!! Grin

MoreCrackThanHarlem · 29/10/2014 14:13

turdfairy my Francesca is a Frankie, through her own choice, and imaginary sd would be Felicity nn Liccy.
I like names that are 'above their station' Smile

turdfairynomore · 29/10/2014 14:24

Mine is a Frankie on the sports field!! And a chessie at home. I love Liccy!! V cute nn!!
