I've seen Beatty and Beattie as nicknames for Beatrice but am unsure how to pronounce them.

Would you say Bee-tty as in Warren Beatty? Or like Betty?

I'd say Beety. Not sure how nice is it though. People like the shortening Bea but there's always the risk people will think she's called B. Bibi is quite sweet. Or Trish of course
