Can I have a George and a James?

I already have a George, can I have a James too or do they sound too similar? I really like James! Yes or no, you decide

I don't think they sound similar. Two perfectly normal, classic names.

My bets are on James been the name for the next royal baby if its a boy. If you're happy to take that risk then go for it.

I already have an Alex too so when said in order it would be

George, Alex and James so that breaks up the sounds a bit.

Yes, very happy if kate wants to name her baby after mine! Doesn't bother me. I'm a trend setter.

There are 2 sets of George/James siblings at my sons school.

Think they sound lovely together. I have a Georgia but I would consider James if I were to have a ds in the future

Yep they sound different enough to me. Both great names. James has good nickname options if he did want to be a bit more different to George at any point.

Kate's brother is also a James so I'd be surprised if she named her son after her sibling.
