Brother for Frederick...Toby? Stanley?

DS is Frederick Benjamin (Freddie). Our short list for boys at the moment consists of:

Tobias Charles (would probably be known as Toby)
Stanley Charles
Sidney Charles
Alexander Charles (DH is less keen on this one, I think).
Charles Hector (not so sure about this one)

Charles is after a family member, so will definitely be in there somewhere! I'm put off Stanley slightly, by the fact that my sister (a nursery nurse) has known three mothers at her nursery give birth to little Stanleys within the last year, so I think it may be having a huge surge in our area.

Which one works best, in your opinions? Don't really want to tell anyone in real life, so need some 'neutral' people to talk to!

I really like Charles Hector.
But I do have a rather strange taste in names (according to DC3, who is saddled with one of our choices).

One thing that struck me was that Stanley and Sidney would, in the past, have come from the other end of the class spectrum from Frederick. Probably makes no difference nowadays, but it would sound slightly odd to me!

I like them all apart from Toby - I really think of that as a 'weak' name. Bit like Tim

Tobias is lovely.

Like Hector but not over-fond of Charles.

I'm considering Stanley Frederick, if that helps!

I think Stanley Charles is my favourite of those you've posted too, in terms of shortened version (Stan) and the way the names go together. I also love Charlie (Charles) as a first name, and I think Charles Stanley works just as well as the other way around.

Stanley Charles goes best with Frederick, but I like Tobias too.

Like Tobias and Hector
