Beatrice (LOVE this)
Florence (like this but dislike 'Flo')
Zara

Beatrice and Florence go well together; they are similar kinds of names (classic, olde-worlde in a good way) Zara is lovely but very different; more modern sounding and precise. Is it your first child?

Florence is very popular at the moment though. I'd go for Beatrice, shortened to Bea

Zara. Beatrice is open to different pronunciations. Florence is everywhere.

DD1 has a best friend called Beatriz (Portugese mum)
I like Zara, but always seems dated to me.
I hate Florence. My mum's middle name and Grandmother's name.

They're all pretty but Beatrice stands out for me.

If you like them, it doesn't matter if they're "done to death" on a wider scale. Presumably they became popular because they're lovely names that people want to use.

How many different ways can Beatrice be pronounced?

I love Beatrice but prefer Beatrix. Florence doesn't do it for me, and I'm really not keen on Zara. It's like Amber for me, a bit Princessey.

Zara is lovely. I find Beatrice a bit fusty and tricky to pronounce.

Florence is a place in Italy.
