She's here!! Now what do I call her???

Hi all, posted a little while back for help chopping down our short list.
My little girl was born yesterday morning, we're still undecided though we have narrowed it down to 3!
So good ladies of mumsnet (and the odd gentleman of course!) which do you like best?
Francesca, cosima or Ariana?
If it helps she has very very dark brown hair and big brown eyes like dh (he's of italian descent)

I like Francessca best. Then Ariana. I don't like Cosima.

Congratulations! I love them all...I think Cosima would be first choice, followed by Ariana, then Francesca.

Cosima or Ariana, but prefer Arianna spelling.

Not keen on Francesca or any of its diminutives.

Congratulations! I like Ariana a lot, and she sounds like one to me - I imagine Ariana to be a dark haired, olive skinned girl. I don't mind Francesca, but really dislike Cosima.
