Phoebe Violet?

Hiya probably my 10,000th name post. Due in 4 days now and STILL havnt found that perfect middle name.

What do you think of Phoebe Violet? (Violet as a middle name not double barrel)?

Actually full name would be
Phoebe Violet June June After my nan.

Other suggestions that slot between Phoebe and June welcome - do not want to just use Phoebe June.

They are nice names but they sound a bit awkward together. That might not matter for a middle name though. I think it's because if the two syllables and then another two.

Maybe a three syllable name would be good. Phoebe Elizabeth June. Phoebe Eldlweiss (if you like flowers ) June.

I think it sounds lovely, and very rarely are all the names going to be said together.

Phoebe Violet June is gorgeous. Stick with that :-)

He's not keen
He wants Emilia as a middle name that's been his 1 and only suggestion in 9 months! I do like it but not sure I love it and Phoebe Emilia June is a bit long

Emilia works fine, and is a good compromise if that is his only contribution.

I think if Emilia is his only suggestion you should definitely use it, plus it's a lovely name. I actually think it works better than Violet, but then I always read Violet as Violent.

As many others have said before, middle names are hardly ever used in everyday life, though when first chosen they can be a graceful compliment to other family members. They may seem very important when a baby is new, but, after that, apart from on official forms, they are rarely referred to.

Phoebe Emilia June is absolutely fine.

Oooh Violet is such a good middle with Phoebe!

Emilia also works well though.

June is lovely too, but not really commenting on it as it is obviously the mainstay name of the middles.

Why not June as first name?
