Winston/Wilson

What are your thoughts?
If I like these names can anyone suggest others I may like also?

Others DH & I like are Oscar (but fear it's far too popular now) Alexander, Tommy, Jonah and Timothy. Thanks in advance :)

I don't like either of those personally.

I like Jonah a lot and it's not too popular. Alexander and Oscar are nice as well, but they're really popular here.

Alexander is my favourite from your list. Or Xander if you want something slightly more unusual.

Wilson is a surname. Winston is nice though.

These were the final 2 names for my son! We eventually plumped for Winston in the end - he's 2 now and it really suits him! And, we haven't met another Winston yet (or another Wilson for that matter).

Wilson was a family surname but we thought it would work ok as a first name - despite it being the name of Tom Hanks's football in Castaway.
