Girls names - Lara, Elsie, Phoebe

Really stuck thinking of girls names. I'd ideally like a short two syllable name as we have a one syllable surname.

I like, in order:

Elsie
Phoebe
Lara

What other similar names might I be overlooking?

Tara

And

Olivia

On our short list.

Lara or Phoebe.
I really dislike Elsie- so do the elderly ladies I know who unfortunately got stuck with it when fashionable last time around.

I love Elsie! It was my name if we were to have a girl

I love Elsie! But lots of them around here, along with Eve, Evie, Elsa and so on

Like Elsie but would you consider Elspeth and use Elsie as a nn.

Other two syllable names I like are:

Martha
Esme
Rosa- recently met a lovely Rosa so that's a winner for me.
