Middle name Merrick, as a brother for Cyrus.

Atticus is cool, but Cass is great as shortened, as lads tend to do.

I love Cassie as a NN, can imagine a kid not wanting it when they're older, but little baby Cassie is so sweet!

wanted a girl

We have a Cassius, which gets shortened to Cass.
I like Atticus on your list too but not so much Darius.

TwosaCrowd · 18/06/2014 21:36

now worrying Cassius isn't unusual enough! I've never met a Cassius...

Cassius. Atticus is a tad pretentious and doesn't sound right.

We've never met another one either, he's 5. I'm not too particular about if a name is popular, even though both my dcs have unpopular names, especially my youngests.

Darius (but I'm biased as it's a Persian name)!

EverythingCounts · 18/06/2014 22:23

Darius. No-one this child knows will ever have heard of Darius Danesh. Atticus should be good but just doesn't have any warmth about it. Cassius is OK.

EverythingCounts · 18/06/2014 22:24

Forgot to say, OK but I wouldn't go for Cassius and Cyrus together.
