I like it, but my family is Cornish so probably predisposed to like Cornish names! Not at all like Karen. I think you are probably more likely to get nn of Kerry, but you could also use alternate spelling of Kerensa to avoid nn Kez.

I prefer the Kerensa spelling. I don't think it's too much like Karen.
