My friend has a little Ossian and he is 'Oss ee' for nn, but 'Ozzie' is just as close I reckon.

If Scottish/Irish, could be Osh-een, but Oss-ee-an (or Oss-ee-un, as above) is also an OK option.

Welsh Osian just has one S and it sounds a bit like "Osh-anne" (Hard to write Welsh in phonetical English but it's definitely an Anne sound not an "uhn")
