What do you think of siblings Olivia and Elodie? I'm also open to other suggestions (current sibling is Olivia).

Also looking for a probably one syllable middle name for Elodie (not Rose or Mae).

Last name is very similar to Hill.

Other names I like so you get a flavour of my tastes are:

Emmeline
Adeline
Alice
Eden
Thalia
Rosa
Thea
Pearl
Seren
Tessa
Sienna
Elise
Eleni
Alina
Lottie
Leila
Alara
Wren
Juliet
Noa
Eden
Kesiah
Merryn

But I don't think any particularly go with Elodie.

Thanks!

I like elodie but it's a very similar first sound.

Olivia and Juliet are nice.

giraffesCantBoogie · 28/04/2014 00:53

Oh I love Elodie

HerRoyalNotness · 28/04/2014 03:26

Lovely

My friend has an elodie jane

princessdave · 28/04/2014 10:15

I have an Elodie and it has been very well received (we're in Hampshire). Sounds lovely with Olivia IMO. I'm hoping for sister Camille if we get a girl (9 weeks to go).

Her middle name is May (husband picked it and I was so stuck I didn't object after getting my way with her first name!) I couldn't really think of anything except Ann(e) or Joy. I like Elodie Jane HerRoyalNotness

I think they are a bit of a mouthful together, as too many l's! I do like Elodie tho, and think it goes well with Seren from your list. With a one syllable surname I think a one syllable middle name might sound a bit terse.

Theonlyoneiknow · 29/04/2014 13:12

I love Elodie, it goes perfectly well with Olivia too.

alita7 · 29/04/2014 13:15

good choice :) alice, juliet and seren also go well :)

exWifebeginsat40 · 29/04/2014 13:16

Elodie Wren would be beautiful.

oldiebutnctoday · 29/04/2014 13:18

Love Elodie! Elodie Grace? Elodie Clare?

gymboywalton · 29/04/2014 13:19

it sounds like you forgot to put the m on melody

MabelSideswipe · 29/04/2014 13:20

Its very pretty. Quite a lot of baby Elodies about in Surrey.

Frontdoorstep · 29/04/2014 18:55

I think Elodie sounds incomplete, like you've missed a letter at the start and it should be something like Melody.

badtime · 29/04/2014 19:32

For the middle name, Joy!

flavourflave · 29/04/2014 19:42

Sky, Belle, Marie,

giraffesCantBoogie · 29/04/2014 22:24

I wonder if Elodie depends on which accent it is said in too

DeeBee19 · 30/04/2014 08:47

I like Rae as a short middle names for a girl...Elodie Rae?

Pearl sits nicely with Olivia. Or Tess
