Database for names by region?

Just wondering if such a thing exists? And not just the top ten names, preferably top 200 or so. Would it be in the ONS site? And by region, I don't just mean England, Wales, Scotland - preferably by county (England).

Sorry, should have said that ONS and SRO publish top 10 regional names only, but also have lots of info if you rootle around on their sites on trends etc.
