What do you think? Our last name is one syllable and begins with L. Theo for short.

I like Theodore, not so keen on Jesse but if you love it then go for it!

Lovely. Strong and handsome sounding name.

I prefer them the other way round, but nice either way.

I like Theodore. Not so keen on Jesse.
Theodore John would be great.

Thanks guys. Noodlebum - you're right it does sound good the other way round but I like names that have nicknames (Theo) so not keen on Jesse as the first name. Pygmy - Theodore John sounds lovely but I wanted to stay away from anything one-syllable as our last name is so short. Thanks again everybody - if we have a boy (don't know the sex) and none of my pregnant friends have a Theodore first then I think we're decided :)
