Thoughts on zachary/zach? Baby was born via c section on tuesday and still has no name. One contender was ollie/oliver but has now been dismissed by oh.
So what do you ladies think of the latest contender, he needs a name!?

Love it. We'd have used it if we didn't already have a family member called that.

RiverTam · 14/03/2014 11:30

love Zachary
hate Zach

grizzabellia · 14/03/2014 11:31

Like it - definitely better than Oliver!

Ali398 · 14/03/2014 13:04

Love Zachary. Not as keen on Zach

MrsBungle · 14/03/2014 13:05

I like it.

ShadowFall · 14/03/2014 16:43

I like Zachary better than Oliver.

thegreylady · 14/03/2014 16:46

Lovely name and underused too. Flowers

Gileswithachainsaw · 14/03/2014 16:50

Love it. Was going to be dc 2s name if she'd have been a boy.

NigellasDealer · 14/03/2014 16:52

Zachary means 'sugar' in Greek btw.
the problem is that it will be abbreviated to Zak which has been the 'try hard to be out there' boys name choice for many years now.

invicta · 14/03/2014 16:54

Love Zachary and Zach.

ginzillas · 15/03/2014 07:21

I love Zachary with Zac as a shortening. If we ever have a Ds that'll be his name. Congratulations!

Edenviolet · 15/03/2014 07:30

I like Zachary (it is ds2 middle name) , wanted it to be his first name but ds1 chose that!

Tortoise · 15/03/2014 07:30

Love Zachary/Zach but I would because I have a 14 yr old Zach Smile.
I also love Oliver,I have a 16 yr old called Oliver lol.
Good name choices Grin

ZylaB · 16/03/2014 12:59

Love it. It's our first choice for a boy ATM too!
We'd shorten to Zach rather than Zac or Zak as some have mentioned :)

CleverOl10 · 16/03/2014 14:15

My ds is Oliver nn Ollie. We are considering Zac for ds2 but prefer it to be short for Isaac rather than Zachary. Seems we have quite similar tastes!

jellybeans · 19/03/2014 16:04

great name.

Steelojames · 19/03/2014 19:39

Love it!
I have a son named Zachariah...couldn't decide between Zachariah or Zachary but went with Zachariah in the end...nicknamed zach and hate when people spell it zac, zak or zack!!!

Ilikepancakes · 19/03/2014 21:57

I like Zachary but would spell Zach as Zack.

hunreeeal · 19/03/2014 22:17

Congratulations! Zachary is a great name, lovely choice Smile

hunreeeal · 19/03/2014 22:17

I'd use Zak as nickname, with that spelling.
