...then what boys name might I like? I love lots of girl names but don't love any boy ones, apart from Rory and Fraser, but these have been vetoed :-(

Polly
Harriet
Alice
Rose/Rosa
Clara

Thanks :-)

How about Alexander and you can then choose a more unusual nickname?

Sandy
Zander/Xander
Anders
Alec
Lex

rather than the usual Alex.

Bingo Soontobe! Three of those names are already in our family.

Alex is already in our family, plus I have two close friends called Alex.

BUT, Zander/Xander is LOVELY! I will suggest this to my dh. Thank you!

Love Theo too.

What's the betting these will be too wacky for him :)

Ha Ha - I should get a job doing this :o

I know a little Sandy which is nice - he has a brother Rory :)

I know a Fraser with a brother Nicol if that is any use?

Jamie?

Niall

Barnaby

Felix, Rex, Bruno? I guess they are not particularly traditional though.

Hulafox · 11/03/2014 17:40

Our list included

Bradley
Dexter
Rafa
Freddie
Finlay

Bradley is my favourite - it's familiar and recognisable but surprisingly low down the most popular list.

Good luck deciding!

Tess, I adore Rex, but sadly it's a no-goer with our surname.

Hulafox - love Freddie but it's a very close relatives name. Dexter nice too, but I just think of the programme.

Thanks so much for all your replies. Still plenty of time to obsess yet!
