Hiya,
Current front runner for my little girl is Phoebe.
Looking for some really pretty possibly flower maybe a bit granny feminine middle names to go with it.

Love names like
Willow
Daisy
Blossom
Emily
Betty

But don't think any of them go particularly well with Phoebe?

What are some other names along these lines?

Thank you
Xx

I'm favouring Phoebe if we have a girl and think Phoebe Primrose and Phoebe Violet are lovely

KeepAbreast · 11/03/2014 11:46

Dahlia?

WowserBowser · 11/03/2014 12:13

I like Phoebe Willow.

Piggytastic · 11/03/2014 12:19

I second Phoebe Violet, beautiful names

MadonnaKebab · 11/03/2014 12:50

Honeyandrum
But do you not think that Rose is a timeless classic sort of name
In a way that Blossom , Mirabelle, Snowdrop are just, unfortunately ,not
Despite being also floral in themem

Another vote for Phoebe Jasmine.

bouquetofpencils · 11/03/2014 12:56

Phoebe Juniper mixes June and flower type name.

JuliaScurr · 11/03/2014 12:57

Violet (dd middle name) or Rose

Mrsindecision · 11/03/2014 13:15

Phoebe Violet June
Phoebe Scarlett June
Phoebe Rosanna June
Phoebe Rosalie June
Phoebe Primrose June
Phoebe Willow June

LyndaCartersBigPants · 11/03/2014 13:53

I immediately thought Phoebe Juniper and I see someone beat me to it.

ScrambledSmegs · 11/03/2014 14:01

Phoebe Iris is lovely, and really elegant.

Phoebe Lilith

Phoebe Honeysuckle (if you're feeling a bit off the beaten track)

Phoebe Rosamund (means Rose of the world, I think)

Personally I'd go a little old-fashioned with a middle name like Clara, but all of your choices are lovely.

bakingtins · 11/03/2014 15:13

Phoebe Iris = shining rainbow

telsa · 11/03/2014 15:14

Phoebe Iris all runs to much together for me - like feebeeyeris - rather than two names.

justhayley · 11/03/2014 16:50

Phoebe primrose June
Phoebe Willow June are both lovely - do you think they are a bit of a mouthful compared to Phoebe Olivia June for example?

Really can't decide if i should use June or not. I don't really love the name but because it's my Nan's it makes it a special

My DD man is after my grandma and I feel happy that I am able to remember her in this way and also that a little bit of her will live on with my daughter.
Lots of people know why her man name is what it is and it makes them smile every time they say it.
I actually think Phoebe June itself is a beautiful name and flows very well.

bouquetofpencils · 11/03/2014 16:59

Mn not man!

Martorana · 11/03/2014 17:01

Just Phoebe June.
Lovely.

And not too fluffy, just in case she isn't.

Mrsindecision · 11/03/2014 18:03

I think both Phoebe Willow June and Phoebe Primrose June are both lovely, not a mouthful at all. I definitely think it would be special to use your Grandmother's name in honour of her given that she was such a special person to you. Smile

ScrambledSmegs · 11/03/2014 21:19

Well, yes. Why not Phoebe June? I like it, it's pretty without being overly twee.

Could modernise it to Phoebe Juno if you prefer it?

Sharaluck · 11/03/2014 22:49

Phoebe Rosemary

GoodbyeBeer · 11/03/2014 22:57

phoebe bluebell
phoebe rose

Jellypudmum · 11/03/2014 23:06

My dd is Phoebe Poppy!

AtiaoftheJulii · 11/03/2014 23:18

Phoebe Lobelia.

Or yes, just Phoebe June :)

Gatogris · 11/03/2014 23:22

Don't choose Poppy, it would be P.P.

Gatogris · 11/03/2014 23:23

Yay to Phoebe Violet. Phoebe Poppy (P.P.) (pee pee) not good.
