I like Juliet.

They are all lovely, good choices!

In order of preference:
Matilda
Cate
Lilian

Juliet

Only one I really like is Juliet

Cate - don't like the spelling
Jess - very common
Lilian, Olive & Edith - old ladyish
Matilda reminds me of the girl in the film

I love them all with the exception of Cate (or any version of it).

I love Juliet.

I like Cate and Jess.

Don't like the rest. At all.

I like Cate (as long as it's short for Catherine...), Juliet and Lilian. Nothing wrong with the others. I wouldn't use Jess as a name on its own but short for Jessica it's fine.

Juliet is the winner for me - it is lovely.

I have to say I like Matilda the best because I have one

Then Lilian, then Juliet. I prefer Kitty to Cate.

Juliet leaps out. Lovely name.

I prefer Cate or Juliet
Then Matilda (love but not keen on Milly)
Jess is nice and Olive okay, nice nicknames
Edith is okay but seems a bit popular right now, not keen on Lillian

Matilda, I imagined using the nn Tilda.

Juliet then Matilda. Not keen on the others. Juliet is very pretty.

And I love Juliet spelled that way, rather than Juliette, which looks unnecessarily frilly.

Cate- better as a nickname for Catherine
Juliet- too 'Romeo and Juliet' for me
Matilda- Too popular at the moment
Jess- better as a nickname for Jessamine or Jessica
Olive- not bad
Lilian- dislike
Edith- great, this is my favourite. Edie would be a nice nickname.
