Names like Sasha (for a boy)

I love Sasha/sacha but dh says it's a girls name.

I love the sound of it, can you think of anything else we might like?

I love Sacha. But I think if you spell it Sasha people will think it's a girl's name.

Can't help with ideas though, will wait to see what others suggest.

How about something like Luka?

Or a danish boys name like Espen?

(Trying to think of pretty names ending in 'a' or with an S sound!)

I love Sasha for a boy and know a couple, both nickname for Alexander.

Sacha is the French version (as they pronounce the ch as in chat like we do sh), nothing to do with male or female!

As tammy said, the spelling is irrelevant. It's a geographical. If I'd had my choice, ds would be Sacha. I adore it and find it such a shame that it's perceived as a girls' name. DS is called Raphael. We also liked:

Great post and great name. Sacha is top of my list for boys names just having a wobble as not many people seem to like it because of the girl name connection. I love it though and have no other names in reserve. Let's start a Sacha revolution!

I would use the Sasha spelling in the UK (ch is French and sch is German).
