Hello ladies

Due date just days away and we still don't have a boys name. Help!! Surname is fairly long, beginning with 's' and has a 'th' sound in it.so we're thinking a shortish name that doesn't end in 's'

We like:
Luke
Oscar (does this jar with the surname?)
Arlo
Joe
Will
Bert

Any others you think we might like? Which go best with our surname? Opinions on our short list? Thanks in advance!

Thanks, love Kit and Leo from your suggestions. They seem to go well with the S surname...it's so difficult!

Luke I love the name Luke

Thanks all. Luke is currently the fore runner with the hubby. I love it too but something is holding me back....I don't know what! Is it a bit wet sounding or would you consider it a strong name??

I don't like Luke at all, sorry.

But the most important thing is that YOU and your dh love your voice for your little boy, thankfully we all have different tastes!

winterhat · 13/02/2014 23:08

I think Luke goes best with your surname.
