Help with boy name please!

Jonah, Joel, Joseph, Joshua or Jacob/Jake

Don't know why we are drawn to all the J names!

or any other suggestions in a similar vein? I like Danny, dh doesn't.

what sort of surname? is it long/many syllables? We're liking Oliver and Nathan at the mo if its a boy

i love joel (we cant use it due to close friend having one); like joseph but somehow dont find it "strong"; not so keen on others.

I like Joel the most.

Joseph will become Joe, whereas I think Joel is more likely to be a choice to shorten.

I'm really not a fan of Jonah, Joshua seems a bit dated and Jake/Jacob is sooo popular.

Jonah seems to be the J name of the moment. I like it best, then Jacob, then Joseph, then Joshua, then Joel.

Think I prefer Jonah.

It rhymes with goal. I love the sound of Jonah but looking at other threads here loads of people still associate it with bad luck.

Jacob is nice though I think more popular than the others.
