Please help - baby girl names

My husband and I are really struggling to decide on a name for our baby girl which is due in May. We have a few names we like, would love to get some feedback or any other ideas to add to our list, or suggestions for middle names to go with any of these...

Maya
Esme
Elsie
Sophia
Georgia

Elsie May is my grandmother's name, and I too am expecting a baby girl in May - it's a sign!

(I like Elsie but both dd1 and my name already begin with E which i think is enough postal confusion for one house!)
