I love these two names and, although I realise they don't work together, I just cannot choose one over the other.

So, Clara Claudia or Claudia Clara

Or is it just bonkers?

How do you ever choose just one???

How many syllables does your surname have? I like the flow with a longer surname such as claudia Clara atkinson for example. I think that flows nicely x

CarlaVeloso · 06/01/2014 06:52

2 syllables...

I wouldn't have both as they are too similar IMO. Fwiw, I prefer Clara.

BikeRunSki · 06/01/2014 09:15

Claudia Clara. I love alliteration! Please let your surname be Clarkson....

ToffeeJungle · 06/01/2014 09:24

I think they are too similar to have together, plus I don't like alliteration.

I prefer Claudia.

Both nice names but not together.

notso · 06/01/2014 16:29

I think Claudia is awful but if you have to use it it really doesn't matter which combination they both sound as wrong as each other!

DramaAlpaca · 06/01/2014 16:41

I prefer Clara.

Don't really like them together, tbh.

Yama · 06/01/2014 16:42

Definitely Claudia Clara. Lovely.

snowed · 06/01/2014 17:30

They're too similar. But of the two combinations, Clara Claudia.

Or something similar but not as samey, like Claudia Sara?

HavantGuard · 06/01/2014 17:31

Claudia Clara

Clara is Dr Who's assistant. The last one was Amelia, now number 1 baby name.

CarlaVeloso · 06/01/2014 21:37

But wasn't Amelia already quite popular? Clara was 179 on the ONS list last year. I don't know for sure but would have thought Amelia was already much higher.

Amelia was already in the top 10 as far back as 2007. The Amelia character didn't appear in Dr Who till 2010.

Claudia Clara if you must Smile
