Love it. DD1 has a friend called Francesca. I refused to use it as it is MIL's name Blush

If DD2 had been a boy she would have been Francisco.

It's my sisters name. She and all the family love it. She gets called chesca as her nickname.

I think if you chose it, you need to like all the short forms.
