Opinions on these names for first baby girl please?? My husband has liked one since the start but I go hot and cold so trying to come up with options!

One is name of my cousin but don't see that matters. ...if you took out every family members name you might have nothing left!

Do any work together as first and middle name?

Thanks!

Ella works ok as a middle name with all three I think.

Personally I'd pick Zoe or Heidi because Freya and Ella are more popular, and they are both nice and slightly less used without being eyebrow raising.

Zoe is lovely, Heidi is nice too. Not sure if you care about how common a name is but Ella is really popular.

Zoe

Zoe Freya would be a workable combination.

LC2014 · 21/12/2013 21:31

Zoe and Freya are top two between us so might end up combining them one way or the other.

Zoe is (usually) my fav but also shared with my cousin...who I rarely see though. Would this matter to you?

Nope, but I share my name with two cousins I rarely see :-)

Ella is probably the only one I wouldn't use - nothing to do with it being popular I just dont really like it.

Love all the others - all on my shortlist. Heidi is prob the fav but depends what works with surname.

TallRedhead · 21/12/2013 22:05

heidi for sure. my dd (2) is called heidi and everyone says how beautiful it is.

tiamariaxxx · 21/12/2013 22:26

I like them all but id say Zoe personally

LC2014 · 23/12/2013 14:14

Thanks everyone....Well I don't think my husband can be persuaded on Heidi or Ella so looks like we'll be going for Zoe or Freya possibly Zoe Freya or Freya Zoe.....

My opinion? Any but Ella. Overused to the point of utterly dull. Freya is fine but abit faddish Zoe is great.

Passthecake30 · 23/12/2013 18:30

I have a 4yr old Zoe, fab choice!

kerala · 23/12/2013 18:35

Heidi lovely too. Really like classic names that arent overused. Zoe and Heidi stand out from all the Isabellas and Olivias.

ChasingSquirrels · 23/12/2013 18:37

I think Freya is a really lovely name, and the only ones I know are mid-teens.
