Please help me name my third child!

I feel like I need to get cracking on some name ideas for DC3. We found names quite difficult for both our previous daughters, and never really settled on a boy's name option. Don't know what we are having.

I know this gets a bit of a slating on MN, but I like uncommon names. Don't mind if they were super popular in previous generations, but I'd like it to be well out of the top 100 now (indeed DD1's name fits this category, very popular in the past but not at all so now).

On girls, I prefer longer, substantial names. Don't like -ella endings at all, and often dislike the frillier names with -y or -ia endings, though there are some exceptions. So far I like:

Vivienne
Penelope
Hermione
Genevieve

For boys, I am really stuck. I am not a fan of 'surnames as first name' so all of those are out. I want something unusual but not 'rock star'. Maybe again something traditional that has fallen out of favour a bit. A close relative has a Montgomery/Monty which I rather like but obviously can't use now. There is nothing even really short list worthy so far. Maybe

Jonathan,
Josiah (although I worry it would end up shortened to Josh, where a family member has a Joshua/Josh. I'd prefer Jed as the nickname as per Bartlet!)
Patrick (bit meh about this one)

Anyone want to give some ideas?

I like Josephine (though I suspect DH won't, but it's going on the list for now!), also Juliet but sadly that is one of DD's close school friends, which I think would be a bit odd for her? (She's only 4).

Elijah I like. I'm quite partial to a biblical name.

Thanks very much. Keep em coming!

Jonas, Levi, Jethro, Otis for a boy.
And go for Vivienne for a girl!

Thanks for all the comments. I am one of those people who can't name a child before it is born, both DD's we had to live with them for 24 hours. But this is really helping with a shortlist.

Thanks for all the lovely feedback on Vivienne and Penelope. They are staying on the shortlist. Also Josephine and Juliet. Possibly Naomi. Am also quite drawn to Karen- though it makes me think of that little girl in Outnumbered! Some other lovely ones (like Imogen) are taken in close family already.

Boy, I like Jonathan, Elijah, Jonah, Anthony, Andrew and Nathaniel. Also Atticus, but think DH will veto that one.

Thanks, feel I've got the ball rolling a bit!

I have a Jonathan. We shorten it to Jonny but perhaps you could shorten it to Jonty?
