I really like it

Was in the park last month, could have SWORN a woman was calling for her little girl to come off the climbing frame - 'Graham!!! Graham get down here NOW please' - etc.... Thoughts to myself 'she can't possibly be called Graham' - so got close enough to work out that she was actually called Freya :)

It's ok as a name. Quite popular and perhaps too close to Graham in certain accents and with a following wind.

Lovely name. Although I think it is quite popular at the moment, if that bothers you.

BananaHammocks · 19/12/2013 06:40

I love it but it's now in the top 20 which puts me off.

floatyflo · 19/12/2013 09:45

The popularity does put me off slightly! Anyone any suggestions for a name similar but that is not so popular?

Love Freya and would probably use it if we had a DD and it went with our surname!

We also like Megan, Bethan, Lauren, Chloe, Sophie / Sofia, Carla, Anna, Georgia, Isla, Kirsty / Kirsten, Lois, Mia / Maya, Nicole, and Orla (though know some of these are quite popular too).
