Clara Annabel?

Yes yes, I know it's a bit of a mouthful! But is it too much do you think?

We've fallen in love with the name Clara. It's the only name we agree on and I can't imagine using anything else now. Annabel is a close family member who I've always planned on honouring if I had a baby girl.

Thoughts?

Umm its lovely, but it does remind me of the carriages in Thomas the Tank Engine, though their actual names are Annie and Clarabel

I agree with Ruprekt, I would put an extra, short name in there. Clara Annabel said together sounds a bit slurred Both beautiful names though, IMO.

Also makes me think of an imaginary sweet, doe eyed brown cow in a children's story book.

You should 100% stick with Clara Annabel. It's beautiful! You will rarely say the whole thing out loud, it looks lovely in paper and you have a good reason for using it. My first name ends in a vowel and my middle name starts with a vowel - it's never occurred to me that it's hard to say. Don't be thrown off course and don't add another name, really not necessary.
