Other than William, which I believe is a Top 10 name, are there any other "full" names that could have Bill as a short version?

I have a Bill, frequently 'lengthened' to Billzebub.

Technically he is a William although we never intended for him to be called anything but Bill. If you like Bill/Billy, name him exactly that (great choice by the way...)
