Sounds quite soft and feminine and missing a B at the beginning. I think he will spend a lifetime spelling it and explaining.

I immediately thought "Beverly" too sorry.

GwendolineMaryLacey · 21/10/2013 16:38

I don't know, I rather like it....

BettyBi0 · 21/10/2013 18:08

I read it as Evelyn first too sorry. I usually like quite gender neutral names but Everly sounds really quite girly to me

Rhubarbgarden · 21/10/2013 18:11

Agree it's too close to Beverly.

Everley with the extra E? then Ever for short?

i like it.

I thought of the Everly brothers (but do people nowadays know who they are, then again I'm not all that old) and that made me think of Everly as a boys name. Think he might go through life being asked if his parents were Everly brothers fans. Other than that, it's ok.
