Middle names for Clara?

We are almost 100% set on Clara as a first name, but are really struggling with middle names. I'd like something uncommon but not too outrageous and nothing too girly/frilly. Surname starts with D, two syllables.

All ideas welcome!

Clara is lovely.

Not sure why, but I like Clara Josephine. But the initials CJD are a bit unfortunate.

Do you have a family member whose name you could use? Or one of your own names? It's nice for middle names to have special meaning I think.

geminigirl · 14/10/2013 16:44

May, Louise, Marie, June, Jane.

If you want more uncommon Clara Bethany or Clara Verity.

I don't think you can beat Clara Elizabeth.

commsgirl · 14/10/2013 18:02

HasIt we've got too many amazing women in our families to pick one to honour. She'd have the longest name ever!

Thanks for all the suggestions everyone :)
