What is your favourite name for a boy?

I am so stuck on a boys name.
Since I was a child I have liked Brandon. I also like Rhys (I am part welsh). But OH doesn't like either.
He likes Logan and the first name needs to go with the middle name Matthew (family thing).
I sort of like Damien (but my mum moans about the Omen film!).

Ive always liked Calab but dp doesnt so we have 5 ds but no Calab.

Very nearly got my way as it took so long to name ds5 but I coulsnt do it in the end as dp dislikes it so much

I love Elias but no more dc for us so will never use it.

Also loved Dexter but sounded terrible with surname.

Do you like the surnames as first names trend? My US relatives go to school with a Parker and a Davis. Also thought of:

I love Barnaby. DH doesn't.

He seized the opportunity to bestow DS with his preferred name after a 30 hour induction and EMCS. I like DS's name, but there are hundreds of them in our area. I wanted something unusual for him.

If you like Brandon and Damian and your dh likes Logan how about these similar names (well, in that they are 2 syllables and end in n):

Lol mumof2 I've actually suggested Aurora, Arietty and Ariella to DH but he has vetoed them all! Really wish I hadn't used up Alyssa as DD1's middle name. We've got a shortlist now at least though as of last night

Depends on your surname though. We can't use Rhys as our surname is only one syllable and sounds silly together. Think they all sound fine with Matthew as middle name but think the ones that sounds best are Logan/Brandon/Rhys/Xander.

My DS due in February will be Leo Elliot. These are the ONLY boys names I liked! I'm sure I liked more before I became pregnant but hormones do weird things to your body!
