Love both! Claudia Elizabeth gets my vote. Nobody shortens middle names so she'll always have Elizabeth in full.

viola28 · 26/09/2013 22:44

I personally prefer Claudia - strong feminine latin name. Elizabeth is beautiful and aristocratic, but I see it more as a middle name

Retroformica · 26/09/2013 22:46

Elizabeth is so versatile. You can get Betty, betsy, Beth, lizzie, Elle from it

kiwik · 26/09/2013 23:49

I find Elizabeth rather dull and staid, even though it's a classic.
I prefer Claudia by far.

MmeLindor · 26/09/2013 23:54

I prefer Claudia, and think that Elisabeth and Henry sounds like you are waiting for a Edward to come alone next.

I liked the name Claudia til I heard someone pronounce it Clowdia, and that put me right off.
Elizabeth is lovely, and I like Betsy or Bess for family shortenings.

Update: our DD was born yesterday morning. We called her Claudia Elizabeth.

both are pretty, I like Claudia better though.

Henry and Elizabeth sounds a bit too Tudor for me!

Congrats CruCru!!! I was following your posts, well done on choosing a beautiful name, hope both you and Claudia are doing well.

Is she very snuggly? I am on the verge of naming my newborn Claudia too Smile
