Seriously, does Amelia mean limbless? Did anyone know this? Isn't it the top baby name atm? Confused

Where did you get that from? 'Probably Latin feminine of Aemilius "industrious"' according to my first name dictionary.

According to Wikipaedia it means "work, industrious and fertile". It was similar on a naming site, so I'm not sure where you got your meaning from?

Amelia is beautiful but very over used!

I teach gymnastic classes and to a total of 90 girls and there are 9 Amelias
