I'd love another name that is unusual but traditional. I do love biblical names but it doesn't have to be. I'm generally a big fan of marmite names... Here are our current lists but we don't love any of them right now:

Rufus
Andrew
Axel
Fraser
Barnaby
Vincent
Sylvester
Xavier
Isaiah
Malachi
Errol
Artemis

Esther
Gwendolen
Iris
Angelica
Jasmine
Lucille
Sylvia
Emmeline
Pearl
Penelope
Constance
Viviene

All suggestions are most welcome!

For a girl, Holly or Abigail (based on dhs friend who has three, one Amos and two girls of those names).

I like Edward to go with Amos or any of. the Ed- prefix names, Edward, Edwin, Egdar, Edmund.

AnnieLobeseder · 09/09/2013 21:54

DH's uncle Amos has Rami, Nira and Amir as siblings, but they're probably a little bit too biblical for you. His brother Amos has Gabriel, Yuval, Dina and Uri as siblings

Aside from names actually in our family, Aaron came to my mind immediately.

Purplelooby · 09/09/2013 22:10

I love Aaron but DH says it looks like we couldn't be bothered to look through the name book. He's so mean :( Incidently he loves Edward.

Oo there are some beautiful names on here, some that have already been previously vetoed by DH (suprise suprise) such as Caleb, Asher, Elijah, Ezra, Moses. Mind you he vetoed Amos last time but I got there eventually :)
