Help with boys names!

[Nessalina]

Early days yet, but starting to get a list of names together, and I have about 40 girls names, but only about 5 boys names and I'm not sure I even like them much!
My only criteria are:

1. Can't start with N.
2. Must have possible nickname/s.

What's on your list of girls names? And what's on your small list of boys names?
Gives us something to base ideas on!

Thanks! I do prefer shortened nn though, like I feel that Charles isn't really shortenable, because Charlie is just the same length IYSWIM?
Jonah's really nice, but doesn't go with surname unfortunately (2 syllables, begins with N)...

Benjamin is a lovely name, but I've just watched the whole box set of Lost which has put me off it a bit... I think I'll put it on the list though!

I only ever watched the first Lost. That was enough for me. :o
