Why is it ok to be January, February, April, may, June, August or November but all the other months it'd be weird to be called. I've never met anyone called march or September...

Is it ok to be called January, February, August or November?

With the exception of January Jones are there any others?

I was under the impression April,May,June the only ones in common usage?

I think all month names are a bit odd whether commonly used or not. I don't like seasonal names either eg Summer,Autumn,Winter.

Augusta and Augustus are lovely.

You can also have Juliet, Julian or Julius for July.

August Schellenburg died today, it may not be a common name but it is in use.

I dont see any problem naming your child after a month or season, people name their kids after flowers and other nature things, thats what naming is all about finding a name that will identify someone.
