We have a shortlist of baby names for our little boy - Thomas, Henry and Max. Plenty of ideas for middle names for Thomas and Henry but it's harder to find middle names that go with Max! Any suggestions welcome please!

If you're going for the full name then a one syllable name sounds best:
Maximilian James
Maximilian Charles

If you're using the short form, Max, then a longer name
Max Alexander
Max Frederick

Not Max William! That's like just miss pronouncing Maximilian

Max Henry
Max Otto
Max Sebastian
Max Quinn
Max Dillon
Max Albert

Thanks for suggestions. I think we'd go for just Max.

I like Max Oliver, Max Henry and Max David.

How does Max Lawrence sound? We've got a Scottish "Mc" surname. I was a little unsure the double M names but it hasn't hurt Matthew McConaughey!
