As middle names are rarely used I want something a bit quirky for dc2. Boys middle name will be Fox. Any ideas for a girl? I'm 39 weeks and currently girls middle name is just a favourite off my list that dp didn't like enough as a first. Which I would be happy with but would like to think of something more unusual if possible. Pretentious, quirky, pagan, even things that aren't 'names' (like fox) welcome.

I love the name Hero from Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing but would never quite be brave enough to use it.

One of my DD2's middle names has been mentioned up thread

How about classical literature?Electra
Asphodel
Tissiphone

DH vetoed Minka which I liked, can't remember the origin of that one.

What are your favourite flowers or trees? Use the Latin name. Or flowers that will be in bloom on your due date?
