I have only ever known one Sharon, which given I'm a seventies girl is surprising.

I live and work in uber liberal middle class Guardianista land so just about every name is unique, especially in DD's nursery (though amusingly she is also the only one with her name, and she has a name which always comes up on baby names threads as one you absolutely shouldn't give your child as it's so popular, so everyone round my way has steered clear of it, hence she's just as unique as everyone else!).

My absolute favourite, though, is Aslan.
