Am wondering if it's twee to have two sons with the same initial, though.

I quite like although Finn would be my least favourite.
Can I ask what letter your surname starts with? I really like Gabe for Gabriel but ours starts with an M and when you say Gabe M... it sounds like Gay M.... so thinking teasing could be an issue

I don't think having 2 with the same letter matters. My DH is 1 of 3 boys and 2 have the same initials. They used to open each others post though
