Opinions please?

DH and I have chosen a boys name but we're really struggling with a girls. Would like opinions on our shortlist please:

Maya
Arya
Holly
Beth
Emily

Im not sure about the last 3 as I think they're a bit too common. My first choice would have been Halle but he hates it!

Not my personal style of name but Maya is probably the prettiest IMO. I am more of the frilly Florence brigade!

I like Maya best. It was on our shortlist along with Mia.

I like Beth too (love Bethan).

Love Maya, but how do you pronounce Arya. I think your naming style is quite similar to mine.

I was just about to suggest kaya (one of my favourite names), but I saw your name!

Haha my real name is Kayleigh, Kayah is a silly name that my sister calls me

Arya is pronounced aah-ria, if that makes sense!

That name was on my shortlist too, spelt Arya! I think its a beautiful name is now my favourite on your list.

Holly is amaze and you MUST use it.

I don't actually like the others at all.

Holly (myself ;) ) and Arya, although I prefer the spelling Aria.
Beth is my least favourite, but I do like Bethany.
Emily's classic. Can't go wrong with Emily.

Maya concerns me just because I know some people pn it May-a and I absolutely hate that pn :P
