Miriam or Esther?

I imagine Miriam would be shorted to Miri by us, if that makes a difference. Which do you prefer?
DH likes Leah but I just can't love it.

What else might I like?

Esther, beautiful name.

I prefer Miriam. Although I do like Esther too.

Don't like Leah at all - sounds like "leer", not nice!

Both are lovely, but I like Esther more.

Miriam, Esther sounds harsh to my ears.
