DSs both have traditional Scots names.
Looking for girl names but would prefer ones which are easy to pronounce for non Scots and are not "clumpy" no offence to anyone who has a Morag
Maybe Greer?

Yes, not a Gaelic speaker but I do remember discussions on previous threads around the grammar. I do really like Mairi, there's one at my work, originally from Uist and one in DS1's class, but thats all I know. We're in midlothian.

I knew a Robinina, who hated her name, and was always known as Ina (eye-na) I quite like Ina on its own.
