I think we may have settled on Beatrix, Florence or Phoebe. Now for middle names.....

We think that we will more than likely have two middle names as I want to use Verinica as it has a special meaning to us (however I don't love it, therefore I want to get in another name I love)

Beatrix Veronica Primrose
Beatrix Juno Veronica
Beatrix India Veronica
Beatrix Clementine Veronica

Phoebe Veronica Primrose
Phoebe Juno Veronica
Phoebe India Veronica
Phoebe Clementine Veronica

Florence Veronica Primrose
Florence Juno Veronica
Florence India Veronica
Florence Clementine Veronica

Feel free to play with the combinations a little or make suggestions!! TIA Smile

Oh btw we are in Ireland and none of the above names are in anyway popular here!

Florence and Phoebe are both lovely. I vote for

Florence Clementine Veronica / Phoebe Clementine Veronica

BlueStarsAtNight · 15/07/2013 22:32

I think my favourite of all your combinations is Beatrix Juno Veronica, it's a really lovely name. Which is weird, as I would have thought Phoebe would be my favourite of your 3 first names!

I wouldn't go with India Veronica as mn as I don't like having the same name endings together, and I think Clementine Veronica is a bit of a mouthful. Veronica Primrose sounds a bit prissy to me. I think Juno Veronica is the perfect combo of classy but cool.

Phoebe Veronica Primrose gets my vote

3boysgirlontheway · 16/07/2013 03:09

I have Florence Beatrice Primrose, so I will throw that into the mix :-)

FingersCrossedLegsNot · 16/07/2013 12:48

3boys Florence Beatice Primrose is gorgeous!

Florence Veronica primrose gets my vote x

Dauphin · 16/07/2013 19:18

I have two of those names, Florence and Phoebe...and love Beatrix too. Great names...

Dauphin · 16/07/2013 19:20

I think Florence Juno Veronica or Phoebe Juno Veronica

looseleaf · 16/07/2013 19:22

This is unusual for me but I really love all the combinations. Florence is probably my favourite first name but that changes As the others sound so nice too with the middle names. Not helpful sorry but at least enthusiastic!

Babouche · 16/07/2013 19:23

All nice and I think Veronica Primrose flows the best

7to25 · 16/07/2013 19:26

Just a thought......is Florence not an (antiquated) boys name in Ireland?

FingersCrossedLegsNot · 16/07/2013 23:41

I'm not really sure if Florence was used as a male name in Ireland, though I have heard somebody say that on here before!

If I was to throw Tabitha into the mix which would you all prefer?

Tabitha Veronica Primrose
Tabitha Juno Veronica
Tabitha India Veronica
Tabitha Clementine Veronica

Florence was used for boys in Cork, Ireland quite a few generations ago. It is far more a girls name than a boys name now. I haven't heard of a boy called Florence as long as I can remember.

Fingerscrossedlegsnot thank you, she totally lives up to her moniker, she is cute and sweet and fiesty!

Are you in Ireland?

FingersCrossedLegsNot · 17/07/2013 11:21

Yes 3boys I am in Ireland and have never even met or heard of a Florence male or female. It's great though none of the above names are popular here and I don think they will get hugely popular either! Do you get positive reactions to your little Florence?

OP posts:
3boysgirlontheway · 18/07/2013 02:32

Fingerscrossedlegsnot we have had wonderful reactions to her and her name, we are Irish as well and lived there from when she was born until she was 9 months old, we moved to Australia then and she is now 16 months. We haven't met any other little girls called Florence here at all, and there were only 14 children called Florence in Ireland last year. I don't think it will ever become as popular as it is in England.
It's such a beautiful name. My DH's grandmother was called Florence so that helped us to decide on it.

cafecito · 18/07/2013 03:01

Florence Beatrice Veronica

Florence Juno Veronica

Or can you amend Veronica to something you do like, and have that in there? Lots of names have roots to similar names which would maintain the meaning. eg.

Florence Berenice (the original version of Veronica)

cafecito · 18/07/2013 03:02

Florence Juno Berenice gets my vote

Marcheline · 19/07/2013 04:25

I love Tabitha so very much.

Tabitha Primrose Veronica
Tabitha Florence Veronica
