Claudia doesn't need a nickname but will most likely be shortened to Claude even if you do use Claudie. Are you happy with that?

Gabe/Gabriel are both nice.

Very nice choices, will be easy to combine with middle names as well :)

Not that bothered about Claude I think, dd has 3 syllable name that has never been shortened so hoping Claudia will be the same for us.

It's the only girls name we agree on that doesn't has an s or soft c or z in though (all sounds DS and DH struggle with!!)
