I would put either another Irish name, like Finnoula, Caitlin, Orla or a classic name like Catherine, Mary, Anne, Elisabeth, Alexandra, Susanne etc.

Middle names are only really used on the birth cert etc, and passports, cv's etc - so i cannot see Sian being too much of a problem

Niamh?

Felicity
Susannah
Jasmine
Martha
Harriet
Marianna
Ebony
Beatrice
Tabitha
Niamh

I think most things would go with Sian - maybe the only criteria I would suggest is at least 2 syllables and not beginning with 'S' / Sh sound (ie. NOT Charlotte).

If you like Sian, you might like:
Erin
Freya
Naomi
Chloe
Laila
Imogen
Bethany
Coraline / Caroline
Daniella
Georgia
Isabella

I'd suggest no more "s" sounds, and a first name with more than one syllable.

Laura Sian Smith
Miranda Sian Smith
Catriona Sian Smith
Jennifer Sian Smith
Emily Sian Smith
Olivia Sian Smith
Victoria Sian Smith
Natalie Sian Smith
Julia Sian Smith
Annabel Sian Smith
Harriet Sian Smith

I think a polysyllabic name followed by Sian sounds better eg Emily,Beatrice,Hermione etc

Erm...Sian is Welsh not Irish language Confused

I think there are many many names that would go with Sian.

What sort of names do you like?
