We currently like Cruz Romeo (pronounced the Italian way, with the accent on the last syllable instead of the first as you would pronounce it in English).

Our other son is called Jonas Andreas Roman and we call him Andreas.

Any other ideas or thoughts?

Hamish or Angus
Marco
Igneous?

No one in the UK is going to pronounce Romeo the way you want, and Cruz and Romeo together do give off an unfortunate Beckham vibe.

What about...

Magnus
Casper / Kasper
Marius
Gabriel
Lucas
Cornelius
Leo

Actually although I think some have suggested Igneous as a joke, there is the name Ignatius/Ignatio/Inaki which is cross-cultural and could be Iggy for short. Ignatio Cruz would mean " fiery cross" which is pretty cool. Or hot.
