They're nice names. Do you mind about the initials RAM though?

Hazel1503 · 11/06/2013 22:54

I never noticed, i don't really think it will matter much.

The other middle name we have is John

Robin John McKenzie?

I'm never sure when a question is posed like that, if you want us to say honestly what we think, or if we are only to post to say "lovely names" ?

DessieLou · 11/06/2013 22:59

Lovely names! Really like Nina Harriet. Prefer Anthony to John.

I love Nina Harriett. Also not keen on Robin personally but it does go with your surname well, I prefer the way it flows with John though as I don't like names that end the same, I think it sounds awkward (AnthonY McKenzIE).

Rhubarbgarden · 12/06/2013 16:44

Nice names.

IHeartKingThistle · 12/06/2013 16:49

I like them, especially Nina. Why has Hariett got 2 ts?

Ham69 · 12/06/2013 17:15

Love Harriet, not keen on Nina. Prefer Harriet Nina.
Not keen on Anthony, prefer Robin John.

All in all not bad names though, just my personal preference.

BackforGood · 12/06/2013 17:36

Grin - no reflection on you Hazel, just people often ask, then get all huffy if you don't like them.

I don't have any 'reason' behind it, just personal preference, but I really like 'Nina'. Not at all keen on Robin' though - I think it's just too closely associated wither with the bird or with Batman and Robin. Much prefer Robert, if you want the 'Rob' / 'Robbie' options. Smile

BabyStone · 12/06/2013 17:43

Really like Robin (like it for a girl too) not so keen on Nina, prefer Harriett. Either John or Anthony, John works slightly better as you have a long surname

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 12/06/2013 18:01

Love Robin. Love Harriet spelled when like this. Why have you got the extra T? Don't like Nina.

peanutsandwich · 13/06/2013 09:41

Really like Nina, seems a strong name. Don'ts like any of the other, Harriet sounds a bit ugly, Robin is wet and just dislike Anthony. John seems such a boring, nothing name and can't see any point to bothering with a middle name at all if you were going to use John.

Your boy and girl choices seem on different ends of the scale.

Nina Vivienne
Alexander Thomas
Benjamin Daniel

Or Matthew/Michael as middle name

peanutsandwich · 13/06/2013 09:42

*Don't like any of the others

RaRaZ · 14/06/2013 13:36

I don't like any of them tbh - BUT they all sound good with your surname and they're mature names too if that helps? Sorry :-/

hippyhippo88 · 14/06/2013 22:28

They are ok but i think Robert Anthony would sound better than Robin & i personally prefer Harriet to Nina, what about Harriet - Nina?
best wishes,Melissa.

bugsybill · 15/06/2013 00:06

I like your girl name.

But I don't like robin, sorry. Robert is much nicer imo.

Owen?
Rowan?

TrudyW · 15/06/2013 09:10

One of my oldest friends is called Nina and I've always loved it, we're both turning 25 next and it still suits her. Her middle name is Peta (after her dad, Peter) I think its a great name. And all that matters is that u love the names, I gave up on a few of my son's potential name choices due to family members stupid faces when I told them what I was thinking. Go with ur heart x
